Returns & Replacements

Every Sketchfoxx item is printed on demand just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

We'll make it right if something went wrong on our side:

• Your item arrived damaged or with a printing defect
• You received the wrong design
• You received a different size than the one you ordered

How to request a fix: Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item (and the size label, for size issues). Once confirmed, we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back.
